Full Job Description

UROVIDA, LLC

UROVIDA is seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team. This position offers the opportunity to provide high-quality patient care while working collaboratively with our physician and clinical staff in a fast-paced urology practice.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and physical examinations.
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with the supervising physician.
Prescribe medications and order diagnostic tests in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
Provide follow-up care for patients with acute and chronic urological conditions.
Accurately document patient encounters in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, medications, and preventive care.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure efficient, safe, and patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Current Nurse Practitioner license in Puerto Rico.
Active certifications and credentials required to practice.
Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced medical environment.
Experience using Electronic Medical Records (EMR).

Previous experience in a urology practice is preferred.
