Overview

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled Jack-of-all-Trades to join our dynamic Import team. This energetic professional will take charge of a wide range of repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting tasks across our building infrastructure, ensuring that all systems operate smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess a broad skill set, including mechanical, electrical, inventory, and computer, understanding, with a passion for hands-on problem solving and delivering exceptional service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead maintenance efforts, improve building operations, and contribute to a safe, functional environment for all occupants.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of computer program systems using schematics and technical diagrams.
Utilize hand tools, electrical equipment repair skills, to diagnose issues accurately and implement effective solutions.
Carry out carpentry tasks such as building interior structures, installing fixtures, cameras, and performing maintenance on the surveillance camera system.
Lead or support team efforts in maintaining building interior spaces and ensuring compliance with safety regulations..
Ensure adherence to safety protocols during all maintenance activities while supervising or mentoring junior team members when applicable.

Requirements

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or related roles with hands-on expertise in minor electrical work, Microsoft, Windows, Google, Excel, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
Ability to read technical diagrams and schematics accurately for complex electrical or mechanical systems.
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in managing maintenance teams or projects is a plus.
Proficiency in using hand tools, ohmmeters, multimeters (including the ohmmeter), and other diagnostic tools essential for troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills in English to effectively coordinate with team members and stakeholders.
Mechanical knowledge combined with electrical experience ensures comprehensive problem-solving capabilities across multiple trades.
Ability to work independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards.
