Administrative Operations Manager

Position Summary

Established CPA firm is seeking a highly organized bilingual administrative professional to support office operations, client communications, scheduling, and executive administrative functions.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily office operations and administrative processes.
Supervise and support the administrative team.
Coordinate recruiting, onboarding, and employee records.
Manage executive calendars, emails, and meeting coordination.
Coordinate vendors, office facilities, supplies, and IT support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Support new client intake and administrative sales activities.
Lead process improvement initiatives.
Prepare reports and provide operational support to leadership.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred in Accounting.
Bilingual (English-Spanish)
5+ years of office management
Previous supervisory experience.
Strong Microsoft Office 365 skills.
Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Preferred Experience

CPA firm professional services environment.
Experience managing remote teams.
Project management and process improvement.
