Job Overview- MUST BE CLEAR ON STATE TAXES & REQUEST TAX CLEARANCE LETTER

2-3 years Previous experience in a call center environment is required.

We have a need for Bilingual Call Center Representatives w/ strong data entry exp. Must be Spanish Speaking. This position is with the Georgia Department of Revenue and requires a tax clearance letter. A tax clearance letter is a letter from the GA Dept of Revenue, stating that you don't owe any taxes to the STATE OF GA. This is a requirement for working with the GA Dept of Revenue. We cannot submit your resume without this letter & I cannot request it for you.Please use this link (https://gtc.dor.ga.gov) to request the TCL. It takes 24-48 hrs to process after the request. Please email the tax clearance letter to [email protected] once received. Thank you!

As a vital link between our company and our clients, you will be responsible for delivering professional assistance via phone and digital channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
Provide comprehensive customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering product or service information clearly and effectively.
Assist clients with account-related questions, including billing, payments, and service modifications.
Conduct data entry tasks accurately, maintaining detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support sales efforts by promoting products or services where appropriate, contributing to revenue growth.
Manage client information securely using Microsoft Office tools and other relevant software.
Follow established protocols for cash handling, payment processing, and documentation accuracy.
Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify trends and recommend improvements for service quality.
Maintain a positive attitude while managing challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery across all communication channels.

Experience

2-3 years Previous experience in a call center environment is required.
Must be Spanish Speaking
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong typing skills with attention to detail for efficient data entry.
Familiarity with outbound calling strategies and client outreach techniques.
Knowledge of sales processes and client services is beneficial.
Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively.
Experience handling cash transactions accurately is a plus.
Proven ability to communicate effectively in English; additional language skills are desirable.
