Production Coordinator

Tucson, AZ

Employment Status: Full Time

ICR is looking for an experience Production Coordinator to join our team in Tucson, AZ. We believe the right person can make all the difference in the world. If you are looking to join a company that offers interesting work, great benefits, and a awesome work culture, apply soonest.

Key Responsibilities

Order Management: Work with engineering and sales teams to support requests for quotes and track active sales orders.
Production Scheduling: Coordinate daily and weekly manufacturing schedules to meet on-time delivery demands and adjust workflow to prevent downtime.
Inventory Management: Oversee finished goods and raw materials, track stock levels, and coordinate with vendors to ensure all required inputs are available when production needs them.
Finance Interface: Work with finance team in closing out manufacturing orders, sales orders, and invoicing.
Quality Assurance: Monitor output to ensure products meet company quality standards. Perform and log routine quality checks.
Staff Management: Day-to-day management of local production staff/technicians
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the central point of contact between departments, including engineering, procurement, assembly teams, and maintenance.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure that safety protocols are being followed on the factory floor and maintain compliance with manufacturing regulations.

Required Qualifications

Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Production Management, Business, or a related engineering field.
Experience: 2 to 4+ years of experience in program management, production planning, inventory management, or supply chain operations.
Technical Skills: Strong analytical capabilities and reporting skills using software like MS Excel, Power BI, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Soft Skills: Exceptional multitasking, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills to bridge gaps between different production teams.

Other Requirements

A drug screen will be required as part of the hiring process

U.S. Citizenship required

Ability to transfer/obtain/maintain a U.S. government (TS//SCI) security clearance required

Background Check

Candidates who receive a conditional offer of employment will be subject to a background check.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $195,000
