Insurance Sales Producer — Auto IQ Agency

$60K–$120K+ Potential | Leads Provided | Career Growth Path

What You’ll Be Doing

Calling and following up with inbound + outbound leads provided by the agency
Quoting and closing home, auto, and bundled policies
Building relationships that generate referrals and renewals
Tracking activity and hitting daily performance targets
Improving your skills through daily coaching and feedback

Compensation

Base + uncapped commission
Most producers earn $55K–$85K first year
Top performers earn $100K+
Bonuses, incentives, and performance contests
