Full Job Description

Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional Unarmed & Armed Security Officers to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and their properties. This position requires a strong presence, excellent observational skills, and the ability to respond effectively to various situations. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for enforcing security protocols, preventing loss, and ensuring the safety of all individuals on the premises.

Duties

Patrol assigned areas to deter and detect signs of intrusion or suspicious activity.
Monitor surveillance equipment, including CCTV systems, to identify potential threats.
Respond promptly to alarms and incidents, conducting thorough investigations as necessary.
Enforce security policies and procedures while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Provide assistance during emergencies, including administering First Aid and CPR when required.
Collaborate with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
Document all incidents accurately in reports for future reference.
Engage in conflict management to resolve disputes effectively while ensuring safety.
Participate in ongoing training related to loss prevention techniques and security best practices.

Qualifications

Valid armed security officer license or certification as required by state regulations. CLEET Phase I II & IV
Experience in law enforcement or military service is preferred but not mandatory.
Knowledge of surveillance systems and loss prevention strategies.
Certification in CPR and First Aid is highly desirable.
Strong conflict management skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Excellent observational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends if necessary.
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move for long periods of time
Stamina to perform physically demanding work in various conditions
No medical or physical conditions that limit your ability to perform duties necessary for Armed or Unarmed Security work
