If you aspire to join a growing CPA firm with opportunities for professional growth, we would like to meet you. We are in search of an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to manage our front office daily, as well as perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, has experience in administration, enjoys customer interaction, and is a great communicator.

Location: South Tulsa, OK

Hours: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Monday – Thursday, 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. (28 hours weekly)

Requirements: 3+ years of experience in administrative role

Your role will contain administrative responsibilities that deliver a "wow" experience to our clients. We pride ourselves on being digitally savvy. We utilize cutting-edge technology that requires someone who is a fast learner and comfortable working online and with cloud-based software.

As an Administrative Assistant/Receptionist you will:

· Greet and welcome guests upon arrival at the office

· Direct visitors to the appropriate personnel and location

· Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls

· Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms, and brochures)

· Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email

· Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail/deliveries

· Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk

· Address clients calls and emails directed to the general mailbox

· Update client info in CRM

· Organize & manage clients’ electronic data & paper files

· Assist clients in navigating our client portal

· Manage the calendar for the common areas

· Assist the management team in compiling and organizing confidential financial documents

· Work efficiently and maintain good working relationships with co-workers and clients

· Correspond with clients to provide updates and request information

· Maintain a clean and organized work environment

· Perform other duties as assigned

We are looking for someone who has:

· Proven work experience as an Administrative Assistant, Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

· Proficiency in Google Applications & Microsoft Office Suite

· Professional attitude and appearance

· Solid written and verbal communication skills

· Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

· Excellent organizational skills

· Multitasker

· Customer service attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
