Position Overview

Looking for a part-time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a Velta Augusta State Farm Agent's office.

Responsibilities

Call potential customers by phone to promote insurance products, transfer or schedule appointments for licensed Account Representatives
Follow approved scripts, and compliance guidelines.
Maintain accurate records of outcomes
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

Requirements

Prior telemarketing, call center, or inside sales experience preferred.
Strong phone presence and verbal communication skills.
Comfort with high-volume outbound calling.
Basic computer skills and ability to use CRM/lead systems.
Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.
Ability to work in a team environment
High school diploma or equivalent (additional education a plus).
Must follow all applicable laws (e.g., call recording, opt-out requests, and consent rules).
