Job Summary:

Facilitates the smooth and efficient operation of the office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks. Promotes a positive work environment and supports office personnel as directed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Answers and direct phone calls, screening when necessary.
Provides welcoming support to all visitors, clients, and staff.
Helps maintain the cleanliness and organization of the common areas and conference rooms.
Sets up all incoming files with accuracy and in a timely manner.
Receives, records, and disperses abstracts and closing documents.
Writes and distributes email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
Handles contracts and identification with confidentiality.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Working knowledge of office equipment, printers, and fax machines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite or related software.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 1 year's experience as an administrative assistant.
Title experience preferred.
Additional education and/or related industry experience a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $37,500.00 per year
