Job Description:

We are looking for a Candidate with a minimum of three (3) yearsâ€™ experience with Quality Assurance practices and methodologies or three years (3) experience

shipping and receiving product in a Warehouse environment. The Candidate will be responsible for assuring Universal Assets Management Quality Management System goals and directives are met with accuracy and on time commitment.

Description & Responsibilities

Identifies opportunities for process improvements through analysis of process measurement data.
Serves as a member of a multi-functional or technical team. Responsible for implementing the overall Quality Program for a diversity of products and services in support of UAM business goals.
Independently performs audits/surveillance of UAM Processes to ensure customer and contractual requirements are met.
Investigates and provides data on customer complaints/concerns regarding UAM processes which impact customer satisfaction.
Conducts collection and analysis of quality information from multiple sources for the development of quality strategy and programs
Evaluating existing Quality documentation and procedures for compliance and accuracy.
Ability to problem solve and troubleshoot issues related to quality and/or operational issues while meeting deadlines.
Leads and collaborates on non-conformance and CAPA investigations
Provides Audit support to operations teams including pre audit readiness verification, audit participation as needed, and post audit corrective action
Develops and implements databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Prepares and maintains a variety of company records and reports as required.
Perform any other related duties including compliance tasks as assigned and needed

REQUIRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Â· High School diploma

Â· Excellent attention to detail and record keeping.

Â· Proficient in Microsoft word, Excel and Power Point

Â· Organized, attention to detail and maintain appropriate analytical skills.

Â· Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Â· Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

Â· Normal math skills such as: add, subtract, divide, multiply

Â· Able to lift 40 lbs.

DESIRABLE SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE

Â· Warehouse Quality Operations a plus

Â· Knowledge of the Aircraft Suppliers Association requirements a plus

Â· Knowledge of Aircraft parts / maintenance a plus
