Role models Values and principles through effective coaching,mentoringand development of the team.This role directly managesfourTrainingSpecialists/Coordinatorsandis responsible fortheir development, performance, and day-to-day leadership.
LOCATION:This position is an onsite role, based in Twin Falls, Idaho at the Clif Bar Plant.
Responsibilities & Outcomes:
Directly manage, coach, and develop E&T team members, including performance management, development planning, goal setting, and daily leadership routines.
Lead the E&T annual operational plans and targets to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Sustainability, Engagement goals in line with the site Compelling businessneed.
Identifyand implement critical levers toretain& develop critical talent andbuildscapability at all levels, technical and behavioral, to build a sustainable workforce profile for the future. Partners effectively with all multi-functional peers internally & externally (outside the plant) within MDLZ to achieveobjectives, goals and KPI’s.
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), MS Outlook calendar and email management, written and oral communication skills.
Be flexible and available to interact and connect with people at all levels in the organization with a proventrack recordas a trusted, credible business partner withabilityto engage, inspire, and influence people.
BS degree is preferred in Business Administration, Human Resources, Training & Education, or related field; experience will be accepted in lieu of education
The base salary range for this position is $109,000 to $149,875; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education and location. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
