Renée’s Popcorn is a growing, woman-owned food company in Two Rivers, WI.
We’re hiring Production Maker Specialists to make and package gourmet popcorn in a clean, fast-paced environment.
This is hands-on operations work with clear processes and high standards.
Starting pay is $15/hr, with predictable schedules and benefits. Increase to $16 as soon as you pass the food safety certification test

About the Role
This is a hands-on, fast-paced operations role focused on making and packaging gourmet popcorn. Quality, consistency, cleanliness, and food safety matter. Music is usually blaring!
What You’ll Be Doing: Make and Package Artisan Popcorn
- Handcraft popcorn using approved recipes and tools
- Package finished products accurately and consistently (bagging, sealing, labeling, quality checks)
- Maintain product consistency and batch quality
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Keep operations areas clean, stocked, and organized
- Assist with ingredient and packaging supply restocking
- Occasionally participate in fun marketing or social media content

Who You Are
- At least 18 years old
- Reliable, positive, and eager to learn
- Strong communicator
- Comfortable with repetitive, hands-on production work
- Able to lift 10–50 lbs and stand or walk up to 8 hours
- Nicotine-free during work hours (gum/patch OK)
- Reliable transportation
- Clean, professional appearance
Bonus (Not Required):
- Food production or service experience
- Food handling safety certification
- Interest in growing into a lead or supervisory role (additional pay and equity available)
Schedule
- 8-hour shifts
- Predictable Mon–Fri or Tue–Sat schedules
- Overtime or holidays as needed
