Job Title: Engineering Technician / Project Engineer

We specialize in noise control walls, enclosures, acoustical modeling, and pipe insulation, delivering compliant, high-quality results for our clients.

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Engineering Technician / Project Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of projects across industrial, oil & gas, and data center environments. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical or construction background who wants to grow within an engineering-focused organization.

Key Responsibilities

Support engineering design and technical development for custom industrial, oil & gas, and data center projects
Prepare, review, and update drawings, layouts, and technical documentation using AutoCAD
Assist with project estimating, takeoffs, budgeting, and bid preparation
Develop and maintain project schedules using tools such as MS Project or Primavera P6
Perform basic calculations, measurements, and technical evaluations as required
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, vendors, and field personnel throughout project execution
Conduct site visits and construction inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Assist with troubleshooting and problem-solving during design and construction phases
Maintain organized and accurate project files, reports, and documentation
Track project progress, manage change orders, and communicate updates to stakeholders

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related) preferred but not required
Experience working on oil & gas, energy, industrial, or data center projects is strongly preferred
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office required
Experience with Revit, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or similar software is a plus, but not required
Familiarity with project scheduling tools (MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, plans, and specifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Effective communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in industrial or construction-oriented environments
Willingness to learn and grow within the company

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
