URGENTLY HIRING:
Graphic Designer - Triple A Restaurants

Position: Full-time

Position Overview

We are seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our team full-time. This position will support all four of our brands — Cafe Central, Famous Dave’s, Serve, and West Texas Chophouse — by creating visually compelling marketing and promotional materials across digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong graphic design skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to develop creative assets that align with each brand’s identity. This role will work closely with the marketing team to support campaigns, promotions, events, and overall brand presentation.

Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Promotional Materials

Design promotional materials including flyers, posters, menus, signage, advertisements, and social media graphics
Create visual content for Instagram, Facebook, email marketing, and other digital platforms
Develop creative concepts and graphics that align with each brand’s identity and marketing goals
Maintain consistency in branding, visual presentation, and overall design quality across all brands
Design and support marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives
Prepare and organize files for print and digital production

Creative & Marketing Support

Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns, seasonal promotions, events, and special projects
Assist in planning and executing creative content shoots
Monitor trends in graphic design, marketing, and social media to generate fresh creative ideas
Support the execution of promotional and branding initiatives across all company brands

Qualifications

Proven experience in graphic design and visual content creation
Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, branding, and promotional work
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, including:
Photoshop
Illustrator
InDesign
Lightroom preferred
Premiere Pro preferred
Photography and basic video editing skills are a plus, but not required
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and design principles
Strong understanding of current social media and design trends
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong English writing and grammar skills required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated and proactive
Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate across departments
Comfortable receiving feedback and adapting creative direction
Passion for branding, hospitality, food, and entertainment marketing
