Full Job Description

The Tax Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bonham, TX to manage an established client portfolio with a focus on retention, relationship building, and business growth. This role is responsible for managing and reviewing complex tax engagements for individuals, businesses, and non-profit entities, ensuring accurate tax preparation, compliance with current tax law, and timely filing. The Tax Manager will oversee tax planning initiatives, identify tax-saving opportunities, and advise clients on the tax implications of business decisions. The Tax Manager will maintain and manage strong working relationships with existing clients of our firm. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising and mentoring tax staff, reviewing work papers and returns, resolving tax issues with taxing authorities, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations. The role also involves collaborating with partners and other service teams to provide integrated advisory services and support firm growth.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
