What You'll Be Doing

Your days will be active, social, and fast-moving. You'll be talking to homeowners, starting conversations, learning how to spot opportunity, and building trust face-to-face.

You won't be thrown out there and told to figure it out alone. You'll get sales training, ongoing coaching, and leadership development so you can sharpen your skills, build confidence, and keep improving.

And when you do it well, it feels good. You see your growth in real time, earn more because of it, and put yourself in position to advance into a Roofing Sales Representative role.

Please note that retail checkout, cashier, or order-taking experience alone is not considered qualifying sales experience for this position.
