Full Job Description

At inBarn, we combine innovative dairy barn design, advanced barn ventilation systems, and practical farm planning to create environments where cows thrive and farmers succeed.

We are current seeking an accomplished Territory Key Account Manager to join our team in the US. This is a remote, travel oriented position. Candidates must be currently located in the US Mid-West.

The Position

You are a seasoned relationship manager, with a background in the dairy and/or broader farming or agriculture industry. In your role as a Territory Key Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our dealer network. The successful candidate will participate in bi-annual meeting with dealers, provide forecasts for sales budgets, assist with quoting, uncover new sales opportunities, liaise with our management team to address sales opportunities, and ensure our CRM is current. Compensation for this position includes an attractive base salary plus commission.

What You Need

Ideally, you will demonstrate the following:

At least three years' experience in territory or key account management, ideally within the dairy and/or broader farming or agriculture industry
Proven ability to effectively use and manage a CRM to maximize sales opportunities
Previous experience with a dealer network, selling capital equipment and/or agricultural products
Exceptional relationship management skills and the ability to develop rapport with key stakeholders
A proactive mindset and ability to work independently
You are a master at communication
Advanced level proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Experience with social media platforms and a knack for identifying and pursuing target markets
