Full Job Description

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years OR RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule/Hours

Travel assignment—full-time hours based on operational needs.

Responsibilities:

Deliver coordinated nursing care to Operating Room patients in alignment with established standards and the nursing process.
Supervise and guide the activities of assigned nursing staff, ensuring quality patient care.
Collaborate across disciplines, integrating critical thinking and independent judgment into patient care plans.
Promote patient safety, effective communication, and adherence to protocols throughout the perioperative continuum.
Participate in ongoing professional development and contribute to departmental goals.

Qualifications:

Active RN license in good standing.
At least one year of Operating Room nursing experience preferred.
BLS certification (current and valid).
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Demonstrated capacity to work effectively in fast-paced, team-oriented environments.
