Now Hiring: We are currently prioritizing staffing for a pediatric client and are seeking caregivers who enjoy working with children with developmental disabilities. Opportunities to cross-train with other clients may become available based on availability and client needs.

Scheduling Flexibility: We offer per-diem roles, allowing you to work as many or as few shifts as you need to fit your schedule. As clients' needs and preferences evolve, we offer shifts available so you can build up to a schedule you prefer. Part-Time/Per Diem (Weekdays, Weekends, Nights)

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and hygiene support (bathing, grooming, toileting).
Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
Administer medication reminders and assist with management.
Foster emotional well-being through companionship and social activities.
Prepare nutritious meals based on dietary needs.
Maintain a clean-living environment with light housekeeping.
Document care and report changes in client conditions.

Requirements:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Experience with young adults, adults, elderly, or developmentally disabled individuals is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Transportation: Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are preferred.
Background Check: Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Flexibility: Willingness to work nights and weekends is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable with bending, standing, and navigating stairs.
