Full Job Description

Innovative Closet Designs has been servicing the area’s homeowners, single family builders, interior designers and multifamily construction for 30+ years and we are looking for ambitious and motivated professionals to join our growing team. Our storage solutions, shower doors, mirrors, bath accessories and other product are in many of the area’s multifamily communities and finest homes.

While no experience specifically in closet design/sales is required, we ask that applicants do have some experience in construction and/or sales to apply. This position is great for someone who enjoys a self-driven/independent work environment, is passionate about home building and design, and enjoys the thrill of the hunt of new business.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to – conduct design meetings with customers in field or showroom, coordinate and submit field measurements, submit designs for drafting and estimating, pursue leads provided by office, build new sales and maintain existing or office provided contract based work.

Ideal candidates have reliable transportation, some sort of interior design experience, are able to measure to the 1/16”, familiar with design/blueprints, comfortable presenting to clients, and maintain organized files/system for customer base.

This full time position is commission based but also offers benefits including a paid training period, health/dental/vision benefits, 401k match, paid vacation time, and transportation stipend. Competent/driven sales members find themselves able to generate $150,000+ annual income.
