Job Summary
As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a key role in creating an amazing customer experience while helping drive retail sales, memberships, and service package sales. This position combines front desk responsibilities with consultative sales. We are seeking an energetic and personable Sales and Front Desk Receptionist. This dynamic role combines front desk responsibilities with proactive sales initiatives, including managing customer relationships, generating leads, and supporting business development efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for customer service, and a strong understanding of sales strategies . Join us to create memorable first impressions and contribute to our company’s growth through effective front desk responsibilities. HOURLY PLUS COMMISSION BASED ON SALES

Duties

Greet visitors and clients with enthusiasm, ensuring a positive first impression of the company
Answer phones
Schedule, confirm, and manage client appointments
Educate guests about services, memberships, packages and products
Make recommendations based on customer needs
Meet or exceed monthly sales goals
Process payments and maintain accurate client records
Handle client concerns professionally and efficiently
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and products
Conduct weekly inventory
Support daily operations and assist management
Assist in managing customer accounts through CRM software, updating records, and tracking interactions
Promote products and services through upselling, package and product previous sales and cross-selling opportunities
Facilitate marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and supporting outreach campaigns

Requirements

Previous sales experience preferred
Customer service or reception experience preferred
Comfortable discussing products, memberships, and promotions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude and professional appearance
Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining professionalism
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Experience with spa, salon, wellness, or beauty services is a plus
Basic computer skills
Experience with Zenoti a plus
Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
Familiarity with CRM software such as Zenoti and EZConnect or similar platforms for account management and customer interactions a plus
Demonstrated ability to handle direct sales activities confidently

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
