Full Job Description

Overview WeatherSeal Home Services is a home improvement company with 50 years of experience, specializing in full-replacement exterior remodeling. We are hiring a digital marketing professional to partner with our Lead Marketer in managing digital strategy and execution. This role requires technical proficiency in paid advertising, local SEO, website management, and modern marketing software.

This position is structured for long-term growth. As the business expands, the scope of this role will scale to include the management of emerging marketing channels, specifically the strategy, production, and distribution of video content.

Responsibilities

Artificial Intelligence Implementation: Actively integrate AI tools into daily workflows to automate technical tasks, assist with coding, accelerate content generation, and improve overall operational efficiency.
Advertising Management: Structure, launch, and optimize Google Ads and Meta campaigns to generate leads for exterior remodeling projects.
Search Engine Optimization: Manage local SEO operations. Implement schema markup, track keyword performance, and execute strategies to improve regional search visibility.
Website Administration: Maintain and update WordPress websites hosted on WP Engine. Build landing pages, optimize UX, and assist in developing interactive on-site pricing tools using HTML/JS.
Marketing Technology: Manage CRM workflows in HubSpot and conduct competitive market analysis using Semrush.
Future Expansion (Video Content): Scale operations alongside business growth by taking ownership of new media initiatives, including the development and integration of video assets for ads and organic reach.
Content & Operations: Share responsibility for routine updates, including publishing blog content, maintaining Google Business Profiles, and executing administrative marketing tasks.

Qualifications

Demonstrated experience managing PPC campaigns, local SEO, and CMS platforms.
Technical proficiency with WordPress, Semrush, and HubSpot.
Proven experience utilizing generative AI tools for marketing, research, or technical applications.
Ability to independently analyze campaign data, identify performance gaps, and propose strategic adjustments.
Familiarity with or willingness to learn video content production for digital marketing.
Experience or familiarity with HTML/JS.
Prior marketing experience in the home services, roofing, or remodeling industries is preferred.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
