Job Overview

The Senior Registered Behavior Technician (Sr. RBT) plays a pivotal role in implementing advanced behavior intervention strategies while supporting and mentoring junior RBTs. This role involves executing client treatment plans with high fidelity, directly supporting BCBA initiatives, and taking a leadership role in data accuracy, quality assurance, and peer training. The Sr. RBT works collaboratively with BCBAs to ensure client progress, implement individualized interventions, and foster team development. Strong leadership, communication skills, and a commitment to professional growth are key requirements.

Compensation: Full Time / $23.00-25.50 per hour

We're excited to offer a $1,250 hiring bonus for all new team members, to encourage long-term success and reward your commitment, the bonus will be paid in installments throughout your first year.

In this role, you will:

Provide guidance, modeling, and support to junior RBTs and other team members.
Assist in onboarding new technicians and ensure adherence to treatment protocols.
Implement behavior plans designed by BCBAs with high accuracy, supporting clients in achieving both behavioral and skill-based goals.
Collect and monitor data on client behavior and skill development, ensuring a high degree of accuracy. Provide feedback and suggestions to BCBAs for potential modifications to treatment plans.
Deliver one-on-one behavioral interventions to clients in various settings (home, school, clinic, or community) and maintain high standards of care.
Implement advanced behavior reduction techniques
Maintain open lines of communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care.
Stay updated on the latest practices in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) through ongoing training and professional development. Maintain compliance with BACB ethical standards.
Complete detailed and accurate session notes, ensuring timely submission of required documentation. Report progress, challenges, and improvements to the supervising BCBA.

Requirements:

Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Prior experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism spectrum disorder.
Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavior management strategies, and data collection methods.
Ability to assist with ADLs and implement therapeutic activities effectively within a clinical setting.

Pay: $23.00 - $25.50 per hour
