Your Role

As a Medicare Sales Agent, you'll assist Medicare beneficiaries in evaluating coverage options and enrolling in plans that fit their needs.

Responsibilities include:

Conducting Medicare sales consultations over the phone
Assisting clients with Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug Plan options
Utilizing company technology and sales systems to manage prospects and clients
Following compliance and carrier guidelines
Building long-term client relationships to create renewal income and referral opportunities
Participating in training and development opportunities

Compensation & Income Potential

As an independent agent, your income is directly related to your production and book of business growth.

Potential earnings include:

First-year Medicare commissions
Recurring renewal commissions

Ideal Candidate

We're looking for agents who are:

Fluent in both English and Spanish
Licensed in Life & Health Insurance
Experienced in Medicare sales
Comfortable selling remotely and over the phone
Interested in growing a long-term book of business
Motivated, professional, and client-focused
Looking for a scalable platform rather than a traditional call center environment

Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of Medicare sales experience
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
Experience selling Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement plans Life and Ancillliary products.
Familiarity with CRM systems and enrollment platforms
