Job Title: Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. The Front Desk Receptionist will play a crucial role in maintaining a professional and organized front office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls using proper phone etiquette
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading, typing, and order entry
- Coordinate projects and assist with project coordination as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
- Utilize computer literacy skills to handle various office tasks
- Provide support to other departments as required

Skills:
- Proficient in proofreading documents for accuracy
- Experience working in a dental office is a plus
- Familiarity with phone systems and handling multiple lines
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail
- Excellent computer literacy, including MS Office proficiency
- Ability to perform order entry accurately and efficiently
- Experience in project coordination is advantageous
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficiency in clerical duties such as filing, scanning, and data entry
