Full Job Description

Manages and supervises the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of retail properties
Determine whether repairs and/or maintenance are needed based on regular inspections of the grounds, facilities, and equipment.
Acts as the liaison between onsite staff, tenants, and owners
Oversee property maintenance
Oversee contractors
Handle tenant complaints and property issues
Inspect property on a regular basis to ensure that everything is performing according to standards
Handle emergency situations as they arise
Vendor negotiations
Review and approve invoices.
Assist in accounts receivable efforts.
Maintain property records on all maintenance.
Minimum one year of Property Management experience, in retail preferred
Knowledge of property management laws, guidelines, and industry best practices.
MUST have reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Strong computer skills; proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong mathematical skills
Effectively able manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and implement policies and procedures as needed
Ability to create and maintain relationships with vendors, contractors abd tenants
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with individuals inside and outside the organization
Excellent organizational, administrative, & communication skills
Basic understanding of the materials, methods, and tools used to construct and repair buildings and infrastructure of properties.
