Full Job Description

Provides general office administrative support

The individual will coordinate daily office activities, answer calls, relay information to management and will assist with various other company operations

Performs job in accordance with Company Mission, vision and goals

Receive incoming calls in professional and courteous manner and connecting calls to proper channels and provide information as requested.; taking messages as needed

Effectively communicates with vendors and customers

Creates, manages and delivers reports as needed

Independently answers routine correspondence and effectively manages priorities of work to be completed

Identifies problem areas and requests assistance with priorities as needed

Checks work email on a regular basis throughout the workday

Participate in and complete all required trainings and in-services

Perform marketing and sales functions to sell additional work and earn business

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

Coordinate communication with internal staff to ensure that customer calls and inquiries are answered in a timely, efficient, and knowledgeable manner through various communication avenues (Phone, Email, Web, etc.) by forwarding the details and noting them Shopify/Zoho.

Knowledge of Shopify, Fishbowl, Quickbooks, Zoho

Perform item maintenance to existing items as products, copy, price, other details update

Ensure correct verbiage and images are associated with each item

Assist with launching of new products including product titles, product attributes, product categorization, pricing, images, and other on-page assets

Set up collection on shopify when necessary per the standards

Run the daily sales report daily

Run oversell items report daily

Ensure all SKUs are mapped on all channels

Create site promotions when needed

Making sure all tags are added in shopify

Help set up and manage integrations with third-party platforms and services via plugins and APIs, including payment gateways, shipping providers, and marketing tools.

Help manage inventory, fulfillment, and shipping processes.

Help monitor and analyze site performance, including traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Help implementing marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement.

Help ensure the site is mobile responsive and optimized for search engines.

Stay up to date with e-commerce trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvements and optimizations.

Qualifications:

Proven experience building and managing e-commerce sites on Shopify

Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, including plugins, APIs, and integrations.

Two (2) years' related administrative support experience

Must have knowledge of Internet and Google Suite like Gmail, Docs, Sheets, etc.

Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, including exceptional customer service

Must be able to work individually as well as within a team

Must be able to follow both verbal and written instructions

Must be able to work a flexible schedule

Must be able to multitask and prioritize

Must demonstrate extreme attention to detail

Must possess strong organizational skills

Must be able to problem solve and use reasoning

Must be able to meet predefined quality standards

Must maintain and project a professional attitude and appearance at all time

All staff are expected to have a strong desire to provide excellent customer service; to comply with the rules and regulations of those organizations to which we are accountable; to have high ethical and professional standards of conduct; and to have an attitude of wanting to continuously improve their own professional performance

The employee must have reliable transportation

Some experience in/or Shopify/Quickbooks/Fishbowl/Zoho

Knowledge of web design and development.

Experience with product listing management, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals.

Good communication skills to keep stakeholders updated on project progress.
