Full Job Description

Assistant General Manager

Job Type: Full-Time 25-35 hours
Pay: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

We're looking for an energetic, reliable, supportive, team oriented and coffee fanatic Assistant Manager to help lead our café team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, loves providing exceptional customer service, works well with people, and is ready to take on a leadership role.

Some responsibilities include:

Assist in overseeing daily café operations and delegating tasks, ensuring efficient workflow.
Lead by example by providing outstanding customer service and maintaining a positive attitude.
Support hiring, onboarding, and training new team members with Cafe Manager and Owner.
Coach and motivate staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
Maintain cafe standards, quality control, and health code regulations.
Help manage deliveries and inventory.
Time management and multitasking daily barista duties and managerial duties.

What we are looking for:

Preferably 2-4 years of food/barista experience or shift lead, management experience.
Flexible schedule, flexible availability, willing to work early mornings
Works well with diverse team members, self motivated, flexible, and adaptable.
Detail oriented with excellent organizational skills and communication skills
Proficient in POS systems
