Full Job Description

We are seeking an organized and out-going Clinic/Practice Manager to lead the daily operations of Precision Pain Management (PPM). This role involves overseeing clinical and administrative functions, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and fostering an environment for continued exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership skills, experience in medical office operation and revenue cycle management. They will be tasked with, and rewarded for, the ongoing growth of the practice.

Responsibilities

· Manage daily clinic operations, including staff supervision and patient flow.

· Oversee financial reporting and billing processes in coordination with the billing manager.

· Supervise medical administrative support staff, nurses, and other clinical personnel to maintain high standards of patient care and operational efficiency.

· Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and other healthcare laws by implementing policies for medical records management and confidentiality.

· Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and external providers to optimize practice management and patient outcomes.

· Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to maintain accurate medical records and facilitate seamless information flow.

· Lead human resources functions including hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution to foster a motivated team environment.

· Monitor clinic performance metrics related to utilization management, managed care contracts, and quality assurance initiatives.

· Prepare regular presentations for clinic owner to review growth, expenses and revenue.

Experience

· Management and supervisory experience in a healthcare office, with demonstration of an understanding of clinic operations.

· Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems essential for effective recordkeeping and practice management.

· Knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, HIPAA compliance standards, health insurance and healthcare regulations.

· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff while maintaining high standards of patient care and operational excellence.

Pay: Commensurate with experience and qualifications. Bonuses tied to performance metrics.
