Full Job Description

Job Overview

Lombardia is seeking an experienced Scheduler to support a confidential data center client in an Owner’s Representative capacity. This role is responsible for providing independent schedule oversight, assurance, and strategic guidance across large-scale, mission-critical construction projects. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical scheduling expertise, critical thinking skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Review General Contractor schedules for program compliance, quality, and alignment with owner objectives and milestone requirements
Identify schedule risks and opportunities, and proactively communicate impacts and mitigation strategies
Perform detailed schedule analysis and provide reporting at both project and leadership levels
Review and assess Time Impact Analyses (TIAs) and support delay evaluation processes
Coordinate and integrate project schedules with owner activities and external stakeholders
Develop and evaluate “what-if” scenarios to support new technologies, scope changes, and initiative cut-ins
Support project teams with cash flow projections and schedule-driven cost analysis

Qualifications:

· Experience in construction scheduling, preferably on data center or other mission-critical projects

· Strong proficiency in Primavera P6

· Solid understanding of critical path methodology, schedule logic, and delay analysis

· Experience reviewing contractor baseline and update schedules

· Ability to synthesize complex schedule data into clear, actionable insights

· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

· Owner’s representative experience is a plus, but not required

· Be results-oriented to ensure delivery of appropriate products and services in an accurate, complete and timely fashion.

· Active listening skills and effective communication including an openness to diverse input and feedback

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Ability to work on multiple projects and set priorities based on the business needs. Strong analytical, problem-solving skills.

· Capability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
