WHO WE ARE:
Whole Health Partners is a values-led, women-owned lifestyle medicine clinic focused on metabolic health, chronic disease, women's health, and weight management. We provide our services exclusively through telehealth to a rapidly growing number of patients across North Carolina, and this position is fully remote. We are committed to building an ethical, equitable, and diverse team of lifestyle medicine experts who are passionate about empowering our patients on their health journeys.
WHY JOIN US VS. HIGH-VOLUME TELEHEALTH PLATFORMS?
Tired of back-to-back 15-minute visits, high client churn, and feeling like you are working in a corporate call center? At Whole Health Partners, we do care differently. We prioritize clinical depth, root-cause health, and long-term patient relationships over raw patient volume. You will be backed by a supportive clinical team, provided with dedicated time for charting and case prep, and empowered to practice true whole-person care without burnout.
Licensed in another state? We welcome out-of-state applicants and provide support and reimbursement for obtaining your North Carolina LDN license.
REMOTE Registered Dietitian Position
We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and knowledgeable registered dietitian to provide 1:1 counseling sessions for patients in NC. The 1:1 sessions will be 30-60 minutes long via our telehealth platform. This role reports directly to the Director of Nutrition.
- You are an expert with experience in 1:1 counseling, behavior change, and practical strategies for better health.
- You have specialized experience in metabolic health, women's health, and/or lifestyle medicine.
- You think beyond "diet culture" and weight, taking an integrative, whole-person approach to health and patient care.
- You want high-touch clinical practice without the isolation—working collaboratively with an integrative team and referring PCPs.
- You are seeking a flexible, remote career where you control your schedule and are compensated for your clinical expertise, prep, and administrative care.
- You know how to build rapport with patients and motivate them to embark on meaningful, lasting behavior change.
- Experience in private practice and behavior change counseling is a plus.

- Develop a core nutrition prescription for patients, adapting it as needed while acting as a supportive counselor to sustain patient morale and motivation.
- Develop solutions for any issues in patient progress, collaborating with WHP leadership and patients’ primary care providers where appropriate.
- Ensure patients have a clear understanding of their care and feel supported between visits.
- Actively participate in weekly team meetings, case reviews, team book club, and collaborative team discussions.
