Full Job Description

Company Overview

Pizzeria Limone is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper to support the daily operations of our growing restaurant company. This position plays a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting multiple restaurant locations, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Responsibilities

· Process accounts payable, including reviewing and entering vendor invoices.

· Maintain accurate bookkeeping records using accounting software.

· Reconcile bank and credit card statements.

· Organize receipts, invoices, and financial records for accounting and tax purposes.

· Communicate with vendors regarding invoices, payments, and account balances.

· Assist with month-end and year-end bookkeeping tasks.

· Prepare reports and spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel.

· Support the management team with administrative projects.

· Answer phone calls, emails, and assist with general office operations.

· Maintain employee files and other business records.

· Coordinate with restaurant managers to collect required documentation and resolve administrative issues.

· Assist with vendor setup, licenses, permits, and other business documentation as needed.

· Maintain confidentiality of company financial and business information.

Qualifications

· 2+ years of bookkeeping or administrative experience preferred.

· Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

· Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.

· Excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

· Professional written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.

· Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple restaurant locations.

Schedule

· Full-time

· Monday–Friday

· Occasional flexibility may be required to support restaurant operations.

· In-person at the Pizzeria Limone corporate office

· Occasional travel to restaurant locations may be required.
