About the Role:

As an Account Executive, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for a number of employer groups and health plan partners while also supporting members as they navigate their healthcare journey.

Every day is different. One moment you may be helping a member understand their healthcare benefits, and the next you may be coordinating with a provider's office, working with a health plan partner, or helping schedule a surgical procedure.

Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, staying organized, communicating proactively, and always putting the member first.

What You'll Do

Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned employer groups, health plans, and members.
Build trusted relationships with members and provide exceptional customer service throughout their healthcare journey.
Help members understand their healthcare benefits, financial responsibility, and available resources.
Coordinate office visits, surgeries, imaging, and other healthcare services.
Work directly with healthcare providers to obtain pricing, medical records, and scheduling information.
Assist members in finding high-quality, fair-cost providers.
Monitor active cases and proactively communicate updates to members and partners.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cases move efficiently from start to finish.
Document member interactions accurately within the Savvos platform.
Identify opportunities to improve the member experience and internal processes.

Preferred Qualifications

Customer service, account management, healthcare, or insurance experience preferred.
Experience working with healthcare providers or medical offices is a plus.

Strong computer and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
