Job Description: Showroom & Inside Sales Manager – Luxury Wellness & Home

Location: St. George, UT Position Type: Full-Time, Salaried + Commission

About the Role

We are seeking a high-caliber Showroom & Inside Sales Manager to bridge the gap between our luxury St. George boutique and our robust online furniture retail presence. This role is unique: while you will be the face of our high-end massage chair gallery, you will also serve as a key sales engine for our national online brands.

You will spend your day in a serene, high-end environment, transitioning seamlessly between providing personalized, in-person consultations and managing a high volume of digital and phone-based inquiries for premium home goods.

Key Responsibilities

Dual-Channel Sales: Expertly close in-person sales for premium massage chairs while simultaneously managing phone and web-based sales for home furnishings such as mattresses, adjustable bases, and bedroom sets.
Digital Fluency: Navigate our e-commerce backend and inventory management systems with speed and precision. Advanced computer literacy is a non-negotiable requirement.
Boutique Stewardship: Maintain an impeccable showroom atmosphere, ensuring all display models are functional and showroom-ready.
Remote Client Consultation: Act as a product expert for online customers, using high-level communication skills to "close" high-ticket furniture sets over the phone.
Streamlined Operations: Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure accurate order entry and delivery scheduling for both local and national shipments.

Qualifications & Technical Skills

Advanced Computer Proficiency: You must be highly comfortable with multi-tasking across various software platforms, managing professional email correspondence, and utilizing modern sales tools.
Sales Versatility: Experience in high-ticket retail (specifically mattresses, furniture, or wellness tech) with a proven track record of meeting quotas in both face-to-face and phone-based environments.
Local Leadership: A self-starter who can represent the brand with sophistication in the St. George market without constant direct supervision.
Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical specifications—from the mechanics of a 4D massage chair to the structural benefits of a luxury hybrid mattress.
