We are seeking an exceptional Supply Chain Manager which has a significant role in directing warehouse functions with respect to finished good, intermediate (WIP), raw material and ingredient management. A successful Supply Chain Manager maintains target working capital while ensuring on time and in full metrics are above targets. Inventory accuracy, On Time and In Full, Working Capital, and Supplier scorecard performance are key performance indicators associated with this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain accurate inventory by implementing best practices including cycle counts, just-in-time delivery, and production forecasting
· Communicate accurate production progress, inventory utilization, and delivery expectations to supply chain director
· Control costs by negotiating preferred lead times, payment terms, stocking levels, demand forecasts, and pricing with suppliers.
· Collaborates with Material Resource Planning (MRP) and Procurement processes.
· Maintain an accurate plant schedule, and filter data into global operations reporting
· Point of contact for logistics escalations
· Support supplier and customer scorecard performance
· Support direct-to-customer inventory and delivery communication
· Coach co-workers or direct reports to deliver supply chain and warehouse objectives
· Execute plans to deliver KPI and qualitative targets
· Maintain inventory and warehouse in an audit ready state
· Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
· 3 - 5 years of supply chain experience
· Proficiency in Project Management
· Proven self-starter with urgency for delivering results.
· Excellent leadership skills.
· Innovation and Creativity
· Strategic and tactical with hands-on approach
· Customer focused
· Team player with excellent communication skills (including Spanish)
· Knowledge of GMP, ISO, Regulatory documents and Quality Systems
· Problem Solving and Priority Setting
· Authorized to work in the United States.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $86,000.00 per year
