Full Job Description

Full-Time, Real Estate Administrative Assistant needed for established, high-energy, high-activity real estate office.

The qualified applicant will be a self-starter who is highly resourceful, goal-oriented, driven, personable, teachable, coach-able, honest and reliable. Accountability and accuracy are a high priority. Must have experience using Canva, AI, Excel & Social Media Platforms. Superior customer service is a must. Must be a team player, take initiative and work independently. If you have experience in Residential Real Estate that would be a bonus, but not necessary.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Answer telephone and greet visitors.
Perform general secretarial duties (typing, filing, etc.) for the office manager and sales agents.
Process checks for funds involved in real estate transactions.
Process, review and maintain accurate records of all real estate transactions, as required by the state and according to our policies.
Understand the real estate process and terminology.
Update real estate transactional data into computer systems.
May perform other duties as needed/assigned.
Creating marketing materials for print and social media
Assist agents with social media presence and campaigns
Share marketing strategies and creative ideas with agents
Help agents set up and optimize Facebook business pages
Guide agents in launching targeted Facebook ad campaigns
Support agents in refining and writing compelling website bios
Update agent websites with new content, photos, and videos
Design and print marketing flyers using company templates and/or Canva
Assemble listing packets including flyers and disclosures for new properties

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES REQUIRED:

Ability to communicate professionally in oral and written fashion.
Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude when interacting with sales associates, clients, vendors, and co-workers. Must possess exemplary customer service skills.
Ability to maintain skills required through training offered by the company or outside sources.
Ability to work independently on confidential material.
Experience with MLS preferred.
High school diploma required.
Knowledge of basic accounting, bookkeeping and computer skills required.
Must possess good judgment and problem-solving skills.
Must possess strong clerical and administrative skills.
Prior experience in an office administrative role is preferred.
Proven computer skills and experience in using applications such as Word, Excel, Publisher, and Outlook, Canva, Facebook, Instagram. Must be able to type with accuracy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
