Summary

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our team in Vacaville, CA. This position involves the fabrication, fitting, and welding of metal components to precise specification. The ideal candidate is a seasoned tradesperson who values accuracy teamwork, and a clean, safe work environment.
Responsibilities

Read and interpret blueprints, fabrication drawings, and weld symbols
Perform MIG, FCAW, and TIG welding on carbon steel, stainless, and aluminum.
Fit, assemble, and finish welded structures to close tolerances .
Operate fabrication tools such as saws, drills, grinders, and layout instruments.
Ensure all work meets quality and safety standards.
Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain consistent output.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Qualifications Proven experience as a welder/fabricator in a construction environment.

Proficiency in MIG, FCAW, and TIG welding techniques.
Strong blueprint reading skills.
5-10 years of fabrication and welding experience
Experinced with structural steel or precision metal fabrication preferred
Ability to operate power tools safely.
Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance skills.
