About us
Fort Lowell is a family owned and operated that has been in operation since 1981. Our success is rooted in our emphasis on being local in all ways, and from holding onto the human connection as our company and industry continues to evolve and get more tech heavy.

Position Summary

This position is for experienced managers who are ready to work with FLR to grow a management account that is local to their neighborhood. A manager's average account size is 70-100 properties. If there's many multifamily properties, then it is different but still smaller than average. Due to this small size we, and our clients, expect A+ work where you have time to work with everyone.

There is a training period of a couple weeks and then you are mentored heavily for about 6 months while you grow an account with our lead converters. It is paramount that you are able to adapt to our company procedures and methods so that you are bringing a professional and consistent experience. As a note, we are an ever evolving company and so we require people who are comfortable with and even enjoy that.

Work Remotely:

Manage properties that are within about 30 minutes of where you live. We are hyper localized!

Office hours are not required, but bi-monthly meetings are encouraged to attend. That stated, property managers must meet clients, lease properties, inspect, perform emergency visits, etc.

Schedule

It is remote so there is no exact clock in/out time. There is an ebb and flow in management. You will work more in the beginning as you grow your account.

Specific Duties – Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Leasing/Marketing the property to FLR Spec.
Background/verification checks
Uploading new management accounts
Entering, processing, and recording vendor invoices/payments.
Processing tenant work requests and vendor service call assistance.
Numerous other property management and real estate related items.

Qualifications

Active Arizona Real estate License
Computer Proficient
Real estate experience a big plus

Pay:
We are paying you to build your portfolio with FLR until you reach a sufficient size at which point you will start making significantly more money. This amount continues until you are properly trained and your account reaches a sufficient size. At that point you may be switched to commission and would receive the additional profit centers listed below.

Starts at $40,000 as you grow your portfolio with us then we profit share.
Avg established Manager makes between $70,000 - $90,000
~1/3 of our managers make above $100,000.

When on commission additional profit centers include:

Leasing fees
Management Fees
Getting Good Reviews
Sales referral fees on properties added and managed while on commission.

Vacation Time
Unlimited vacation time so long as you're getting your work done. Most managers take off 4-6 weeks a year.
