Aesthetic Registered Nurse (RN) – Injectables and Lasers

Our Encino-based Plastic Surgery team is expanding, and this is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced Aesthetic Registered Nurse who is ready to grow with a respected plastic surgery brand in a high-performing, elevated clinical environment. Our Encino-based practice combines surgical excellence with a thriving medical aesthetic division. We are seeking a confident, highly-skilled, and production-driven RN who is passionate about injectables, skilled with energy-based devices, and comfortable supporting post-operative surgical care.

This is a strong growth position inside a respected plastic surgery practice. You will have the opportunity to expand, refine, and elevate the aesthetic division alongside an established surgical brand. Qualifications:

Neuromodulator injections (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify)
Dermal fillers with advanced aesthetic technique
Laser and light-based treatments (IPL, resurfacing, tightening, pigment, vascular)
Comprehensive aesthetic consultations
Long-term treatment planning and patient retention
Skincare education and product recommendations
Standardized photography and compliant documentation
Post-op follow-ups
Suture removal and incision management
Monitoring healing progression
Patient education on recovery protocols
Active California RN license
2–3+ years of aesthetic injection experience
Experience with lasers preferred
Plastic surgery or post-op experience is a plus

Compensation

Base Pay:

$55 – $75 per hour (based on experience)

Additional Earnings:

Tiered commission on injectable and laser revenue
Product sales commission
Performance bonuses tied to monthly revenue goals

Schedule

Monday / Wednesday / Friday
Full clinical days
Opportunity for expansion as demand grows

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8.0 – 16.0 per week
