Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service, and support office management functions. Your positive attitude and organizational skills will help create a professional and efficient environment for visitors, clients, and team members alike. Responsibilities

Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the organization
Answer multi-line phone systems promptly and professionally, directing calls or taking messages as needed
Manage appointment scheduling and calendar management using tools like Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and deliveries with accuracy and timeliness
Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure proper document proofreading for clarity and accuracy
Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, basic bookkeeping with QuickBooks, and general clerical duties
Assist with customer support inquiries, providing courteous assistance and resolving issues efficiently

Requirements

Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and data entry skills
Prior experience in clerical or administrative roles, preferably in medical or dental reception settings
Exceptional phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems in a professional manner
Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively
Strong typing skills along with time management capabilities to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Knowledge of office management software such as QuickBooks is a plus; familiarity with bookkeeping is advantageous
Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience is beneficial for understanding specialized workflows
