Machine Operators– 2nd & 3rd Shift

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 Per Hour
Job Type: Full-Time

Position Summary

We are looking for dependable and motivated Machine Operators to join our team on Second or Third Shift.

The Machine Operator is responsible for operating lathes and milling machines, inspecting finished parts, and ensuring production meets quality and customer specifications. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with machinery, has an eye for detail, and wants to build a career in precision manufacturing.

Available Shifts

Second Shift: 2:45 p.m. – 11:15 p.m.
Third Shift: 10:45 p.m. – 7:15 a.m.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines.
Read and interpret blueprints and part specifications.
Use precision measuring equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and bore gauges.
Perform in-process and finished-part inspections to ensure quality requirements are met.
Monitor machines during production and identify potential issues.
Make basic adjustments as needed to maintain part quality.
Maintain accurate and consistent production and quality standards.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Work as part of a team to meet production and quality goals.

Qualifications

Ability to perform basic math calculations.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and measurements.
Comfortable using precision measuring instruments.
Previous CNC machining or manufacturing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Experience working with different materials is a plus.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles is a plus.
Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
