Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires excellent communication skills, proficiency with office management tools, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Prior office experience, including clerical and administrative duties, is highly valued. Bilingual abilities are a plus to assist a diverse clientele.

Duties

Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and manage calendar bookings.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including proofreading documents for accuracy
Support office management tasks and basic bookkeeping functions
Assist with customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Maintain a clean and organized reception area to ensure a welcoming environment
Provide administrative assistance such as typing reports, managing supplies, and supporting team members with personal assistant tasks

Requirements

Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist.
Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
Bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse clients are preferred
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently
Attention to detail for proofreading documents and maintaining accurate records
Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
Prior experience in administrative support or personal assistant roles is advantageous
Wear casual, professional work attire

Knowledgeable about nail services and products

This position offers an engaging work environment where professionalism and efficiency are valued. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring smooth daily operations while providing outstanding support to clients and team members alike.
