About the Role

As the Nurse Manager, Operating Room, you will oversee 24-hour operational accountability for the OR, ensuring excellence in patient care delivery, caregiver engagement, quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and fiscal stewardship.

You will lead and mentor nursing teams, champion evidence-based practice, and help shape the strategic direction of perioperative services. This role is ideal for a leader who balances operational expertise with genuine compassion and a commitment to professional growth.

Annual Salary Range: $147,721 - $221,603

Actual compensation is based on factors including education, experience, training, certifications, applicable collective bargaining agreements, and internal equity.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) from an accredited nursing program
Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire
Minimum three years of OR nursing experience
Minimum two years of nurse leadership experience
Progressive leadership experience such as Charge Nurse, Supervisor, or similar leadership role
Financial and budget management experience
