Full Job Description

Summary:

The Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, driving continuous improvement, and ensuring customer satisfaction at an assigned customer site. This role leads a team, manages operational performance, supports supply chain optimization, and partners with both internal stakeholders and the customer to meet goals related to productivity, quality, financial performance, and safety. The Site Manager serves as the primary on-site liaison and plays a critical role in maintaining strong business relationships and operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate on-site teams, driving continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency through lean principles.
Prioritize equipment uptime and material availability to support customer production requirements.
Promote a culture of safety by providing training, coaching, and enforcement of safe work practices.
Review, prepare, and present spend and consumption analyses for both the customer and employer.
Utilize consumption data to identify trends and evaluate potential financial impacts on the customer.
Develop, manage, and control operational budgets related to customer spend.
Monitor cost-saving opportunities and support strategic decision-making through data-driven insights.
Serve as the primary on-site contact, ensuring customer goals and service expectations are consistently met.
Build and maintain strong working relationships with customer personnel and key supply-base partners.
Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and drive improvements in quality, delivery, and performance, including:
First-time quality monitoring and reporting
Root cause analysis and corrective action
Testing, validating, and documenting process improvements
Provide leadership, direction, and support to site employees to ensure high performance.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and communication with internal leadership.
Ensure alignment of site activities with organizational standards, policies, and operational targets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience. (Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, and Industrial Technology or equivalent 10 years’ experience (vocational education, and knowledge of principles for Business and Management Process, Financial and Accounting, and Human Resources practices).
Preferred experience in cutting tools, CNC machining, engineering, manufacturing, or project management.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to manage teams and influence outcomes.
Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to build productive relationships with customers, vendors, and internal teams.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
