Full Job Description

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support all aspects of Human Resources for a nursery farm operation. This role will be responsible for recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, training, and payroll support while ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes.
Support employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.
Maintain employee records and HRIS systems.
Assist with benefits, leave administration, and workers’ compensation.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Coordinate employee training and development programs.
Support payroll and timekeeping processes.

Qualifications

3+ years of HR experience, preferably in agriculture, farming, manufacturing, or a fast-paced production environment.
Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Schedule
Full-time, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to support operational needs.
