We’re looking for motivated, people-focused professionals to join our team as an Aflac Agent. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, educating others, and creating long-term value for businesses and their employees.

As an Aflac Agent, you’ll work directly with business owners and decision-makers to help them offer voluntary benefits that employees truly value. You’ll be supported with training, mentorship, and a structured development path — no prior insurance experience required.

What You’ll Do

Meet with local businesses to educate them on Aflac’s voluntary benefit solutions
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with business owners and HR contacts
Help employees understand their benefits options through clear, professional presentations
Manage your own schedule while consistently working toward personal and team goals
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
Grow a book of business that can provide long-term income potential

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated individuals who are comfortable working independently
A professional mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Reliable transportation and ability to work in the field locally
Sales, customer service, or relationship-based experience is helpful — but not required
