CLERICAL

Manage patient charts

Typing/word processing

OFFICE PROCEDURES

Data processing

Prepare daily schedule

Implement recall system

Maintain front desk statistical reports

General office appearance/cleaning of front desk and reception area

PATIENT MANAGEMENT

Answer telephone - handle front desk calls/redirect other calls

Schedule appointments/fill openings/confirm appointments

Greet patients

Customer service - educate patients and potential patients

Coordinate office flow - track patient from entry to departure

Checking in/out- patients – put in charges from appointments

Summary

As a Front Desk Patient Coordinator, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential medical administrative support and ensuring a welcoming environment. Reporting to the Office Manager, your role involves managing patient service, handling medical records, and utilizing our EMR system, Compulink. Your core skills in clerical tasks and front desk operations, combined with premium knowledge of HIPAA and medical terminology, will be vital in maintaining efficient office operations. Join our team to enhance patient experiences and contribute to the smooth functioning of our medical practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
