Vicksburg Powersports Sales Representative

Description

Vicksburg Powersports is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Powersports Sales Representative to join our dealership team. This role involves engaging with customers, promoting powersports vehicles, and building strong relationships to drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a passion for motorsports, and a proven track record in sales. As a Powersports Sales Representative, you will play a key role in managing the sales pipeline, upselling products, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

Engage with customers both in-person and via outbound calls to promote powersports vehicles and accessories
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through cold calling, networking, and marketing efforts
Conduct high-end sales consultations, including negotiation and closing deals with diverse clients
Upsell additional products, accessories, and services to maximize dealership revenue
Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure product availability
Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions
Support marketing initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing clients
Maintain professional communication skills including phone etiquette and public speaking when presenting products or conducting demonstrations
Collaborate with sales management to develop strategies for increasing retail sales and expanding market reach

Experience

Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or automobile sales, preferably within powersports or related industries
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close high-value deals effectively
Familiarity with CRM software for managing customer relationships and sales pipelines
Previous dealership experience is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided as needed
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously
Strong communication skills including public speaking, phone etiquette, and customer engagement techniques
Knowledge of inventory management, retail math, and basic automotive or powersports industry terminology is advantageous
