Full Job Description

Kingery Manufacturing Services (KMS) is adding a CNC Machinist/Programmer to its team in Walford, IA.

As a CNC Machinist/Programmer with KMS, you will be responsible for the setup, programming, and operation of CNC lathes and mills while supporting a flexible shop environment where employees move between machines and machining tasks as production demands change.

This role offers 75% of employees medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k) plan after one year, 110 HRS of vacation per year, 10 paid holidays, short-term disability insurance, and more!

Job Duties:

Setup CNC machines independently
Write and edit CNC programs at the machine
Operate CNC lathes, 3-axis mills, saws and secondary equipment
Read blueprints and maintain tolerances of ±0.0005
Adjust tooling, feeds, and speeds based on materials

Job Requirements:

3+ years CNC machining experience
Setup and programming experience
Experience with both lathes and mills
Strong G-code/M-code knowledge (FANUC or YASNAC preferred)
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
HS Diploma/Equivalent
